1. How hard is it to ride the Suntech-Msks ?
Its actually fairly easy and intuitive. Most people are able to ride freely after about 15 min. We will be posting some training tips to help you get going in less time than that.
2. How long does the battery last?
The battery takes 60-90 minutes for a full charge and will last for 30-35 miles. This range is dependent on the users weight, road conditions, and temperature. The battery automatically recharges when cruising downhill.
3. How durable are Suntech-Msks?
Suntech-Msks are very durable. They can handle most surfaces. We engineered the Suntech-Msks to withstand rain, wind, and sand. The Suntech-Msks can handle hard bumps and sharp turns. Please note: We DO NOT recommend intentionally getting your Suntech-Msks wet.
4. How long does it take for my Suntech-Msks to arrive?
Shipping currently taking 7-10 business days to ship within the United States. International shipping times vary, but average about 8 business days.
5. What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?
The first thing you should do if the goods haven’t arrived even though we’ve emailed you telling you they’ve been sent, is to contact your local postal delivery office to see if they are holding your goods for you.
If the postal delivery office hasn’t been able to help you, email our customer service team with your order number and item missing on email@example.com who will then investigate the matter for you.
6. What should I do if some of my order is missing?
The usual reason is that your order has been sent out in more than one package and you have not received them all yet, possibly because one or more of your ordered items is awaiting stock. Rest-assured the remaining items will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available.
Another cause is that one of the items you ordered is now out of stock and is no longer being produced. You will receive an e-mail notification to this effect and a refund for this item will be credited on to your card.
7. Can I change my order after it has been submitted?
Yes you can, but please be quick. Email our customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) who will arrange to change the order. Note us about the model, color, package, delivery address, delivery method and so on that you need to change.
8. How accurate are the product images on the site?
We work very hard to make sure that the images on the site reflect the actual products we sell. Colour variations are inevitable when viewing online content.
9. How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment by all major credit cards and Paypal. Western Union and T/T payment; We accept all credit cards issued by Mastercard, Visa. Here note there is 5% charge fee by Paypal/Alipay.Quantity order, we accept T/T payment first.
10. How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse an automated email is sent to your registered email address letting you know. Orders are dispatched using a 1st Class Mail service unless otherwise stated and therefore will not have tracking references.
11. I'm not at home during the day. How can I get my goods?
Please note us in advance, better before dispatch time.
We offer you the option of giving a delivery address other than your home address so you could arrange for your goods to be sent to your workplace or a neighbour who you know is in during the daytime. And ensure the right address and zip code.
12. What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit?
We take a great deal of care when packing orders to make sure that the items you’ve ordered arrive undamaged, however, occasionally goods do get damaged in transit. If you discover something in your order is damaged you should email email@example.com and explain the situation, attached pictures or video will be appreciated. We will arrange for replacements to be sent out to you and instruct you on what to do with the damaged ones. Do not send the damaged items back without having contacted us first.
13. Is there a warranty?
Msks-Suntech come with a 1 year warranty to protect against manufacturer defects. Any damage incurred by improper usage/negligence would not be covered by the warranty. Learn more about out “returns and repairs” Policy here.
